Once again this year, we are delighted and proud to be taking part in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, held from November 18 to 24.
On November 18, we had the pleasure of welcoming four Paralympic athletes to our Revel premises, as part of our partnership with Isostar:

150 employees took part in several inclusion awareness workshops:
➤ Wheelchair rugby tournament in teams of 4 🏉
➤ Wheelchair duo challenge against the clock ⏱️
➤ Introduction to French Sign Language 🤟
They were also able to chat with our athletes at an interactive round table and enjoy a signing session 📸!
Throughout the year, our business units are committed to promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities through inspiring local initiatives:
🌍 Benelux: annual breakfast organized with Lidwina vzw, a logistics partner committed to empowering people with disabilities.
🌍 Spain: team-building activity with the ALPI association, enabling our teams to immerse themselves in the daily lives of people with mental disabilities.
🌍 Italy: a day at the farm to share activities around sustainability and inclusion with disabled children.
🌍 France: participation in #DuoDay, which enables us to welcome a disabled person to discover a profession and immerse themselves in the company.
Beyond these actions, we are committed to breaking down prejudices about disability, arousing vocations and bringing about new opportunities for collaboration 🙌💙
