Nutrition & Santé is proud to be a manufacturer of healthy products. The group has acquired a unique know-how and has designed and developed its own industrial tools. We control the entire production cycle, from the choice of ingredients to the finished product.
Nutrition & Santé produces more than 500 recipes a year in its 11 production units: in Brazil, for the Brazilian market, in Spain and in France for the European market.
The common denominator of the different units is the professionalism of all stakeholders and the shared value of excellence for all our products; a quality product that will respect our customers and the safety of their food; an elaborate product, from a complexity of carefully chosen ingredients. Deploying a powerful industrial infrastrcture
The specialization of each production unit reinforces our know-how with specific skills for each process: biscuit, confectionery, powder assembly, caterers, vegetable juices, etc. The industrial strategy of Nutrition & Santé aims to increase the volumes manufactured through innovation, the development of production capacities and the internalization of certain subcontracted products.
Invest in technology and specialization
- In 2012, at the Annonay plant:
Nutrition & Santé invested 15 million euros for state-of-the-art equipment
- In 2014, the launch of the big program of modernization, renovation or extension of the various units: at the Revel site in 2014 for the cereals and protein bars workshop; in 2016 the renovation / construction of more than 6,000m2 for the specialist soy processing unit; and in 2017, the extension of the biscuit production unit, construction of a new line of gluten-free biscuits, extension of the R&D lab.
- In 2017, inauguration of a new plant in Compiègne, dedicated to gluten-free.
Relying on the fertile world of research
Being a manufacturer means mastering our products right from the recipe. Developed by our R&D teams, about fifty people at the group level, with the help of nutritionists, new products are created every year.

Striving for the highest standards in food safety
Quality cannot be self- proclaimed, it is an integrated part of our working day, at every level, for every product. It’s the red thread of a continuous quest, sought by all at every stage of the process, from the creation of the product, the selection of the best ingredients, the development of the recipe, to the packaging design, the manufacturing processes, which must guarantee the product safety and its shelf life conservation.
