To mark European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, our teams in France, Italy, Benelux and Spain mobilized to promote inclusion and support people with disabilities, reinforcing our commitment to a more inclusive workplace for all.
Throughout the week, employees took part in a wide range of enriching initiatives – from conferences on disability-related topics, to the creation of pairs for #Duoday, to privileged moments of exchange. These shared moments created real bonds and a better understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities.
At all our sites, this dynamic has been pursued through workshops, awareness-raising initiatives and collaboration with local associations, contributing to initiatives with a tangible impact.
