1928 : Creation of Gerblé

1934 : Creation of Céréal

1972 : Alain Chatillon acquires Gerblé and founds Diététique & Santé. Céréal becomes the leading French organic food brand

1982 : Creation of Soy

1991 : N&S created through the merger of Diététique & Santé (Gerblé, Milical, etc.) and Céréal Wander Nutrition (Céréal and Isostar)

1993 : Acquisition of Soy

1994 : Launch of Gerlinéa in supermarkets. Acquisition of Boribel and Boldoflorine.

2003 : Creation of three N&S subsidiaries, in Spain, Italy and Benelux

2006 : Didier Suberbielle takes over the direction of the group as C.E.O.

2007 : The launch of Céréal Bio revolutionises the sale of organic products in supermarkets

2008 : Acquisition of the Orzo Bimbo brand in Italy, and the Bimanán brand in Spain. Acquisition of Céréalpes (France). Creation of a powder-product conditioning unit (Revel).

2009 : Acquisition of WeightCare, the leading slimming brand in supermarkets in Holland. The Japanese Group Otsuka Pharmaceutical becomes the sole shareholder of N&S.

2011 : Nationwide launch of Gerblé in Japan. Launch of Soyjoy in Europe. Acquisition of Natursoy (the Spanish pioneer in organic vegetable protein products).

2012 : New biscuit production line in Annonay.

2013 : Acquisition of Valpiform (the leader of gluten-free and allergen-free products).
Start of renovation work on the Revel site.

2014 : New confectionery factory of healthy bars in Revel.
Acquisition of Jasmine (leader in health products in Brazil) and creation of subsidiarie in Brazil.

2015 : Acquisition of the Bicentury brand (Spanish leader in dietetics).
Creation of Grill Végétal, expert in meat analog in GMS.

2016 : New gluten-free biscuit factory in Revel.
Transfer of gluten free business (called previously Valpiform) in a new plant build in 2016.

2017 : Renovation of the R2 plant (Nutrition & Nature Revel), doubling the production capacity.

2018 : Acquisition of BC Bio (Auch) and its brand "les p’tits chefs du bio", specialist in the production of fresh organic catering ranges. Taro Mikuriya succeeds Didier Suberbielle as C.E.O.
