Market penetration strategy

Otsuka Pharmaceutical made no mistake when it became interested by N&S in 2009. The takeover provided the Group with stable governance focused on the long term. 
It also made new resources available. The industrial nature of both groups fosters the sharing of know-how.
N&S can rely on its shareholder’s support when launching its products in Asia and elsewhere in the world. In return, Otsuka may find it easier to enter the European market, thanks to N&S.
