Organic first

From very early on, Nutrition & Santé, built on the firm belief that producing organic products is more respectful to the environment and human beings, made the choice of organic.
The first French player in organic food since 1972, Céréal revolutionized the organic offer in supermarkets with the launch of Céréal Bio in 2007. Soy has also been a leader in specialty stores since 1982.

"Free-from" products

In France, 1 in 10 households consume gluten-free products, corresponding to an 80-million-euro market!
Today, more than 150 million Europeans suffer from chronic allergy diseases. This is predicted to grow to 50% of the European population by 2025. The global gluten-free products market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9,1% till 2025.

Nutrition & Santé, already present on the “gluten-free” market, acquired in 2013, Valpiform to produce in house.  Today, thanks to our brands Allergo and Valpiform/Valpibio, we have a leading position in France and are also very well represented in our subsidiaries (Céréal in Italy and Bénélux, Gerblé in Spain).

Towards a more plant-based diet

More vegetal proteins: there is a movement towards a more and more plant-based diet. This comes from a desire for more balance in our food consumption. We are here to accompany you in this food transition and offer vegetal substitute solutions.

Nutrition & Santé has been part of this solution from the outset.  Today we are even more driven by the desire to increase and diversify our vegetarian alternatives and veggie offer to facilitate this necessary food transition.
